On the first stop on this growth journey, we looked at where the concept of stress came from. Life will always have pressure of various kinds which lead to a greater or lesser level of stress. In fact, if you live a life devoid of any stress-inducing pressure, you may be playing it way too safe! Pressure and challenges are not always bad. How we respond, however, makes all the difference!
In the program after this, we will identify the ways in which different kinds of stress are expressed. Within these pages, though, we’ll provide an introduction to each type and provide a very brief overview of how to deal with each of the four types of stress.
