On the first two stops on this Strength Journey, we looked at where the concept of stress comes from, and the different kinds of stress that exist, whether they are real or simply in our minds.
In the program after this, we will take a deeper dive into how to manage stress. But before we can do so, it may be helpful to explore the four main ways in which we typically express stress. Stress, when it is not dealt with constructively, will seek its own expression in one of four ways.
While it may be easy to recognize the behaviors of loved ones or even some of your congregants, may we remind you that the primary audience here is you. See if you can identify yourself in some of the expressions of stress that follow.
