Hugh W. White
Executive Director – Full Strength Network
Hugh White is a preacher’s kid. He graduated from Penn State University in 1973 with a degree in business administration. Later in his career he earned a Master of Divinity degree from Grace Theological Seminary, graduating with honors in 1986. Just prior to graduation from seminary, Hugh joined Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Company and served there for 31 years, most of those years as chief sales and marketing officer helping the company become a national property/casualty specialist insuring America’s churches and related ministries. In his role with Brotherhood Mutual, Hugh was instrumental in launching what became a nationwide educational movement in reducing the risk of child sexual abuse in the church, and later a second national campaign dealing with church security. Hugh has been involved as team leader with a decade-long business as mission and church planting initiative in Serbia in Eastern Europe. He also served for several years as board chair of the century old Fort Wayne Rescue Mission, and served on the board of Truth@Work–a marketplace ministry. Hugh and his wife Becky have three grown children and five grandchildren.
Having grown up in the church, Jaime loves the mission of Full Strength Network and feels grateful to be part of it. A Grand Valley State University graduate with a BA in political science, Jaime has a heart for helping people. Born and raised in West Michigan, Jaime loves the outdoors, beach days, kayaking, running and Lake Michigan, which is 2 miles from the home she shares with her husband, daughter, and pup—“just a quick run away”.
Director of Counseling and Coaching – Full Strength Network
Denny Howard served as director of the Vitality Care Institute since 2001 providing a wide range of proactive and restorative coaching/counseling services for those who serve in people-influencing vocations, such as non-profit and ministry leaders. Denny was the founding director of the Family Care Center, a psychological service that was located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The Family Care Center eventually gave rise to five separate Christian counseling practices. He is a state licensed clinician in mental health, a marriage/family therapist and a certified addictions counselor. He is an ordained minister and a graduate of George Fox Evangelical Seminary in Portland, Oregon. Denny was the host of a daily radio commentary called ‘Life Strategies’ for eight years and currently appears as a guest on a number of radio talk shows. He is also a featured speaker and conducts regular seminars on personality-based conflict, stress management, maintaining personal vitality and a wide range of interpersonal relationship issues. Speaking engagements have taken him to Asia, Europe, and Africa. Denny is also the creator of the Livstyle Visual Personality Assessments (www.Livstyle.com) designed for the workplace, ministry, marriage, and youth. Livstyle assessments are utilized for personal growth, team building and selecting prospective employees. Denny and his wife Debbie have both served in ministries here in the United States and in Europe. They reside in Fort Wayne, Indiana and have three adult children: Josh, Rebecca, and Tim.

Andrew Mah is an entrepreneur and business builder with a compassionate heart. His desire is to connect with individuals and help them turn passion and generosity into actions that directly benefit the Kingdom of God, while simultaneously producing deep joy in the lives of individuals he influences. Andrew graduated with honors from Kettering University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. After several years as a design engineer in the automotive industry, he left the corporate world to pursue his entrepreneurial dreams. He spent ten years building and growing successful businesses across multiple sectors. After a decade of work in the for-profit world, God clearly spoke to Andrew about using his entrepreneurial passion and gifts in Kingdom service. He spent two years working with pastors and church leaders as a commercial church insurance specialist. It was during this experience that Andrew gained deeper insights into the lives of busy, often lonely, and isolated pastors. It was during this work that God gave Andrew a passion to want to help pastors. In January 2018 Andrew joined the team at Full Strength Network, an emerging national nonprofit established in 2015 for the express purposes of strengthening pastors and their spouses to help them thrive and flourish in ministry leadership for a lifetime. Andrew resides in Atlanta.

Greg Atkinson has been in pastoral ministry for over two decades and has been writing, speaking, and training thousands of leaders since 2000. Mark Matlock has been working with youth pastors, students and parents for more than two decades. He is currently the president of WisdomWorks, a non-profit firm helping individuals, churches, and faith-centered organizations leverage the transforming power of biblical wisdom to accomplish their mission. Mark is the former executive director for Youth Specialties (YS) and creator of the Planet Wisdom student conferences. He has written more than 20 books for teens and parents, including the “Wisdom On…” series, “Living a Life That Matters,” “Smart Faith,” “Real World Parents” and “Raising Wise Children.” Mark and his family live in Texas and attend Irving Bible Church where Mark was ordained and serves as a teaching pastor. Mark has served on the board of The Seed Company and currently The American Bible Society. When he’s not traveling, he enjoys cooking for family and friends. Sheila Grant has been involved in accounting work for over three decades. In her profession she has assisted churches and small organizations helping them organize and manage their financial records, maintain financial discipline, and attain their financial goals. Sheila and her husband, an ordained minister, are active in their home church supporting their local Pastoral Care, Hospitality and Nursing Home Ministry Teams. Sheila and her husband have two children and three grandchildren.
Director of Pastor Care
Shar Schroyer is a Masters level psychologist with completed PhD classwork in health psychology. She worked 20 years in inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, as well as 10 years in a para church ministry. Leaving retirement to serve Full Strength Network, she lives on a hobby farm with chickens and Amish neighbors. She enjoys spending her time with friends, 3 married grown children, 3 grandchildren and of course, her English Springer Spaniel, Ruger.
Marketing & Technology Consultant
Chuck is the former executive director at the Center for Church Communication, a leader in church marketing and communications, and a national speaker. He’s authored several books and has created hundreds of resources to help churches communicate better. He also runs a digital marketing company and is passionate about helping churches, non-profits, and small businesses reach their potential by aligning their mission with the tools available to best meet the need. Chuck is married with three children and lives just outside of Charlotte in South Carolina.
