Marty has a passion for supporting the local church, pastors and church leaders. Before taking over as the current President & CEO he spent the previous 10 years as the Executive Pastor at Cornerstone Church in Chandler, AZ. He has a heart for the next generation of church leaders and wants to see everyone who is in ministry grow and thrive in their leadership both at home and serving the church. Marty received his Bachelors of Science from the USC Marshall School of Business and his MBA from Grand Canyon University. Marty and his wife Kris have two children and live in Chandler, AZ.

Chuck is the former executive director at the Center for Church Communication, a leader in church marketing and communications, and a national speaker. He’s authored several books and has created hundreds of resources to help churches communicate better.

Hugh White is a preacher’s kid. He graduated from Penn State University in 1973 with a degree in business administration. Later in his career, he earned a Master of Divinity degree from Grace Theological Seminary, graduating with honors in 1986.

John Opalewski is a graduate of Oral Roberts University. He is an ordained minister, and author of Pastor Disaster: Confronting the Growing Crisis among Church Leaders; Unshakable You: 5 Choices of Emotionally Healthy People; Putting the Good in Goodbye: A Healthy Conversation About the Comings & Goings of Church People, and his newest book: Unshakable Leader: The Simple Yet Amazing Power of Alignment.

Denny Howard served as director of the Vitality Care Institute since 2001 providing a wide range of proactive and restorative coaching/counseling services for those who serve in people-influencing vocations, such as non-profit and ministry leaders.
DIRECTOR OF PASTOR CARE
Shar Schroyer is a Masters-level psychologist with experience in the private sector as well as in a parachurch ministry. She enjoys a unique blend of traditional psychology perspective combined with ministry context that allows her to bring empathy and problem-solving to her position, Director of Pastor Care.
Sheila Grant has been involved in accounting work for over three decades. In her profession she has assisted churches and small organizations helping them organize and manage their financial records, maintain financial discipline, and attain their financial goals.

Bryan is passionate about the church and her role in spreading the Gospel and making disciples. He believes Full Strength Network plays an integral role in serving pastors and church staff so they can lead their congregations in a way that edifies the Body of Christ and produces ultimate glory for God.
